Having Fun On My Birthday

I got to have a birthday week.  I went zip-lining.  There was a lot of zip-lines.  I got to go by myself on the short ones.

I had pancakes on my birthday. They were delicious.  I went on a boat to see dolphins. I saw them swimming.  dolphins swimming in the water

I also held a starfish.  It felt a little bit pokey.

I saw a lobster and we cooked lobster alive for dinner. I also saw a lot of tiny tiny little fish.  I saw them when we were about to go snorkling. I saw lantern fish under the water.  I had a party with my Aunt CC.  My cupcakes were chocolate and vanilla.  They were circle and square. I felt happy.

  5. Quinn, I just now read your Birthday story. I was impressed by how well it was put together. You told us just about everything you did on your birthday and how it made you feel. I like to know how things make you feel. That really gives depth to your story. I especially liked your last line – “I felt happy”. For anybody who cares about you, that makes their day.
I’m looking forward to your next post.
    Love and happy birthday,
    Popa
